Refunds and Cancellations
Dream Space V1 is a one-time purchase and does not create a subscription.
Before purchase
You can cancel or close the Aten Billing checkout before confirming payment. No Dream Space access is granted unless Aten Billing confirms a successful transaction.
Refund requests
If you need a refund after purchase, contact des@byaten.com with the email on your Dream Space account and your Aten Billing or payment-provider transaction reference. Refund requests are reviewed manually under applicable law and the relevant payment provider's rules. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment details by email.
Access after a refund
If a refund is approved or a payment is reversed, Dream Space access may be removed through trusted Aten Ventures operations. The current Aten integration receives activation events, so refund-related access changes may require manual handling. Removing access does not delete your spaces, inspiration, uploads, notes, or checklists. There is no recurring billing to cancel.
